All bookings made through Booking are subject to availability and confirmation by the service provider. We act as an intermediary between you and the experience providers.

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by experience and will be clearly displayed during the booking process. Generally, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a full refund.

4. Changes to Bookings

Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact our customer service team to request changes to your booking.

5. Liability

Booking is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation in booked experiences. Participants engage in activities at their own risk.

6. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information necessary to process your booking. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your booking.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Booking website, including text, graphics, and logos, is our property and protected by copyright laws.
